Vessla is building an AI-powered platform for property owners and operators, connecting existing business systems so software agents can find information, apply operating rules, and carry out property-management workflows. The Stockholm-based startup has emerged from stealth while already working with some of the Nordics’ largest property owners and operators.
The company has raised $3.3 million in pre-seed funding led by Seedcamp. Inception Fund, Tiny VC, operators from Lovable and OpenAI, Lukas Saari, Fredrik Hjelm, and several angel investors also participated.
Vessla was founded earlier this year by Orman Gazvini, Kasper Janehag, and Arash Dabiri. Its platform is intended to reduce the manual coordination involved in property operations by allowing AI agents to work across the systems teams already use, rather than requiring an entirely new software stack.
The round was more than twice oversubscribed, and Vessla will use the funding to further develop its AI-powered platform and agentic operating system. The next stage will include expanding its integrations and workflows for property operations.
