Our Approach to Security
Sprout is built on modern, cloud-native infrastructure with security as a core consideration. We take reasonable steps to protect user data and platform integrity.
Data Handling
We collect only what's necessary — primarily your email address when you sign up. We do not store payment information or sensitive personal data. Access credentials are hashed and never stored in plain text.
Infrastructure
Sprout is hosted on secure, managed cloud infrastructure with automatic TLS/HTTPS encryption for all connections. We use reputable third-party services with their own security practices.
Email Communications
We only send emails you've explicitly opted into — access confirmations and optional weekly digests. We will never ask for your password via email.
